Here we are, holding a cup of tea, or perhaps sipping some coffee, wondering what’s happening out there, in the real world.
Lots of events are taking place, at this very moment. In the twenty-first century, with more and more advanced technologies at our disposal, the internet is a variegated place where you can find most of the things you might be looking for. New trends come and go, certainties crumble down. Yet there are a few aspects of each one’s life which (luckily, I say) withstand with brave will, and one of this is fiction.
Since we were born, creativity and imagination sparkle around and brighten our days with warm harmony, like a carousel with coloured lights illuminating a cold night and enlivening the atmosphere.
It’s of these ingredients that writers are greedy. From flash and short fiction to the longest novels, these pieces of work make us reflect and enjoy our lives. They can comfort us in the saddest moments, they can bring joy and fun when we most need them, they can divert our attention in the darkest days and let us dip into extravagant and fantastic worlds, temporarily freeing ourselves from the long chains that life can occasionally bound us with.
Since you came to my website, Dear Reader, I welcome you to a place where you can find stories of the most disparate kinds. Although at this time I’m especially working on the speculative side of fiction (mainly horror and fantasy), in the future I will also craft plots involving different elements, but everything has its course, so there’s no need to be in a hurry. I hope you’ll meanwhile enjoy your permanence here.
What else to say? Stay tuned!
I’m currently working on my first novel. When it’ll be ready, I’ll publish a post with a short blurb and a link to the book.
For what regards this website, instead, you can click here to be introduced to my Universe. This page serves as a sort of prologue to keep all my stories in a unique box, though I’ll certainly change something in the future.
Well, I reckon our meeting went fine. I wish you good read while you surf my den.
And don’t forget to watch out. There may be weird creatures wandering around…
